  1. First thoroughly was poha or beaten rice drain and keep aside. Heat oil &deshi ghee put mustard seeds start crackling add diced potatoes. Fry it add chopped onion pea nuts fry until onion translucent add curry leaves green chillies salt &sugar & turmeric powder.
  2. Cook till potatoes cooked add drained poha. Mix properly. Turn off flame. Add lemon juice cover the lid. After 1minute open the lid garnish with chopped coriander leaves & broken Kaju.
