The ingredients needed to make French toast:
  1. Take Sliced bread
  2. Get Eggs
  3. Prepare Scotch bonnet
  4. Take Maggi
  5. Prepare Curry powder

My son's friends liked this recipe and would ask for the recipe to take home for their moms to make. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet, and set aside. Reheat leftovers by toasting them in a skillet with butter or giving them a zap in the microwave for about a minute. Freezing can let you keep your French toast much longer.

Steps to make French toast:
  1. Cut each of the sliced bread into two and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, crack the eggs, put grounded scotch bonnet, maggi, salt, onion and curry powder. Mix it well.
  3. Dip one slice bread in the egg mixture.
  4. In a pan, put one tbpn of oil and allow to heat a little. Fry the dip slice bread on both sides.

Stir in sugar, vanilla, orange juice, and salt until well combined. Dip bread in egg mixture and lay in butter. (not you-the bread!). French toast comes out best if you work with thick slices of French or Italian loaf bread that are several days old.
