  6. Prepare 3 heaped tsp reduced fat green pesto
  7. Get 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
  8. Make ready Feta, 12 cubes, crumbled

  1. Drizzle squash and cauliflower with oil and dukkha, roast for 45 mins
  2. Wilt spinach in microwave for 20 seconds, repeat with other bowl
  3. Boil Gnocchi for 2 mins
  4. Once cooked and drained, mix gnocchi and wilted spinach in with cooked veg. Add pesto and mix together.
  5. Top with pine nuts, crumbled feta and fresh basil
