Add 'The Sauces' (Sesame oil, lime juice, ketjap manis and sweet chilli sauce) into the wok, stir fry until bubbles and the prawns are pink or no longer transparent. I made twice as much of the soy/vinegar/brown sugar /cornstarch mixture and then tossed the stir fry with ramen noodles (cooked without the seasoning packet) to soak up all the good flavor. This prawn stir-fry is packed with veggies, so you don't need any starchy carbs with it.

Instructions to make Mushroom and prawn stir fry with noodles:
  1. Wash and cut the bell peppers and onion into thin slices
  2. Wash prawns and mushrooms.
  3. Put a little bit of oil in the pan and when it's a bit hot, pour in the sliced peppers and onion
  4. Whilst you're frying the peppers, start cooking the noodles
  5. Once the mixed pepper and onion is soft, add the prawns, sliced mushrooms and sweetcorn.
  6. Add salt and maggi to taste and cook on low heat.
