The ingredients needed to make Thai-style stir fry noodle:
  1. Get Egg noodle (any kind you like)
  2. Get 1/2 tablespoon Sweet black soy sauce
  3. Get 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  4. Get 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  5. Get Baby corn, mangetout or any veggie you like
  6. Get King prawn, crab sticks, or meatball
  7. Get Oil
  8. Take 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  9. Take 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions to make Thai-style stir fry noodle:
  1. Mix sweet soy sauce with egg noodle to make the noodle a bit black
  2. Warm oil in a stir-fri pan
  3. Put the garlic in the pan, stir fry it until it turns a bit brownish
  4. Add veggie into step 3 and stir fry only to heat it
  5. Add prawn and crab sticks, stir fry until the prawns are half cooked
  6. Put the noodle in step 1 in the pan
  7. Add soy sauce and sugar, stir fry until the ingredients are well mixed
  8. Use the spatula to push and rest the noodle at a side of the pan to make space, then crack an egg into the space
  9. Cover the egg with the noodle and wait for 5 secs
  10. Use the spatula to turn over the egg and spead it over the noodle and other ingredients
  11. Done!

She noted that overcooked noodles do not stir-fry well and do not look good. Pad Thai, as I mentioned earlier, is a Thai style stir-fry rice noodles. It's an extremely famous street food in Thailand. History says that rice noodles were introduced in Thailand during WWII to reduce rice consumption due to rice shortage during the war.
