  1. Get 1/2 kg Mince meat
  2. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. Make ready 7 Tsp BBQ sauce
  4. Prepare 1 onion chopped
  5. Prepare 1 tomato chopped
  6. Get 1 tsp black pepper
  7. Make ready 1 tsp paprika powder
  8. Take Oil for deep frying
  9. Make ready 12 Smoosa patti
  10. Take 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  12. Take 1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion
Steps to make Bbq samosa:
  1. Marinate 1/2 kg mince meat with 6 Tsp BBQ sauce, 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, for 15 min..
  2. In pan add 2Tsp oil add marinated mince & bhoonify at high flame till all water dries..add 1 tomato, 1 onion chopped, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp paprika powder, add 1_4th cup water & cook on low flame till it become tender then bhonify it till oil separates add all veggies & cook on high flame for 2 min.in the end again add 1 Tsp BBQ sauce.. - Cool down your filling….
  3. Take Samoosa Patti make smoosa & deep fry it enjoy…Iftari ka time ho gaya aur pic bhi buhat jaldi mae liii.
