  1. Prepare 80 grams Your preferred pasta, such as penne rigate
  2. Prepare 120 grams Meat Sauce
  3. Make ready 30 ml Heavy cream
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  5. Make ready 1 tbsp Olive oil
  6. Get 1 dash Salt
  7. Take 1 pinch of each Dried parsley
Instructions to make Creamy Bolognese:
  1. Boil the penne rigate in 0.8-1% saltwater. You can use any kind of past you'd like, of course.
  2. Before the pasta has finished boiling, heat the meat sauce in a frying pan over low heat. Add about 30 ml of the pasta water to thin it out.
  3. Add salt while tasting. Add the heavy cream and mix well. Once the pasta finishes boiling, mix it into the sauce.
  4. Add the parmesan cheese. Once it's dissolved, stir in a bit of olive oil.
  5. Garnish with dry parsley and it's complete.
