  1. Get Ingredients for batter
  2. Prepare 1 egg
  3. Make ready 3-4 tbsp milk
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp malai
  5. Prepare 1 tsp sugar

  7. Get 2 slices bread
  8. Take Prepared batter
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp oil

My son's friends liked this recipe and would ask for the recipe to take home for their moms to make. Using day-old bread from a bakery helps the French toast to be more stable. If using commercially produced brioche, be sure to allow bread to become slightly stale for best results. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet, and set aside.

Instructions to make French toast:

  3. Now add the slices over it and let them golden brown then serve..
