  1. Take 250 g Minced Beef (Any meat can be used actually)

  14. Make ready 25 g Butter
  15. Prepare 10 g Butter (extra)
Instructions to make Bolognese Sauce:
  1. Melt 10 g butter in pan, add in carrot, celery and onion and sweat it.
  2. Add in minced meat and sauté it.
  3. Pour in red wine if you want.
  4. Add in Tomato Purée and Tomato Diced, and add bay leaves in.
  5. Pour in cream and 25 g butter and mix well.
  6. Add in oregano and seasonings and ENJOY!!
