  1. Get hot stock ready. Fry veg gently in oil for a few mins. Add pancetta and cook for 2-3 mins on medium. Add mince and brown.

  3. Cook pasta according to instructions. Add the milk right at the end of cooking, stir. Trust me on the milk! Drain pasta and add to sauce, mix and serve
