  1. Take 400 gms chicken mince
  2. Get 1 tsp ginger paste
  3. Get 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. Get 1 tsp black pepper powder

  6. Make ready 2 piece fresh bread crumbs
  7. Take 2 green chillies chopped
  8. Make ready 1 tsp green chilli paste
  9. Make ready 1 tsp soya sauce
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chinese seasoning /MSG
  11. Get 1 tbsp finely chopped green capsicum
  12. Make ready 1 tbsp grated carrot
  13. Make ready To taste salt
  14. Take 1 cup long grain basmati rice
  15. Get 1 tsp oil
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking powder

Remove chicken from stockpot; cool slightly. Discard bay leaves and skim fat from soup. Remove skin and bones from chicken and discard. Cook, covered, on high until mixture reaches a simmer.

Instructions to make Chicken Flower Dumpling:
  1. Soak rice in water for half hour.Meanwhile steam mince till raw smell evaporates.Crush bread in a mixer or wet bread,discard water and mash it with chicken mince.Add ginger garlic paste,chilli sauce,soya sauce,chopped capsicum,grated carrot,black pepper powder,cornflour,chopped green chillies,1tsp refined or sesame seed oil and salt to taste.Add baking powder and mash all.There should not be too much moisture in the dough.
  2. Make small round balls out of the mixture.Spread rice in a plate discarding the water.Toss all balls lightly in the rice and refrigerate for half hour.Steam for 20 minutes covered.There should be some space between the balls while steaming as dumplings will expand.Serve with hot and sweet red chilli garlic sauce as a starter or side dish with a bowl of soup.

Remove skin and bones from chicken and discard. Cook, covered, on high until mixture reaches a simmer. Drop dumplings on top of simmering soup, a few at a time. Place chicken breast on the baking sheet and Drizzle a little olive oil on the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
