  2. Prepare 1 cup refined flour/moida

  8. Make ready 1 cup green onion (chopped)
  9. Get 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

  12. Make ready 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
  13. Prepare 300 gmd chicken minced
  14. Make ready Momos chutney
  15. Make ready 4-5 tomatoes (cut into half)
  16. Prepare 2 dried red chilli
  17. Take To taste Salt
  18. Take 1 cup water
  19. Get 1 cup peanuts
  20. Prepare 3-4 garlic cloves
  21. Prepare 1 tsp coriander seeds
  22. Make ready Momos soup
  23. Get 1 Chopped onions
  24. Take As required Chopped spring onions
  25. Take 1 tsp chopped garlic-ginger
  26. Take 1 tsp white vinegar
  27. Get 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  28. Get 2 tsp minced chicken
  29. Take 1 tbsp butter
  30. Take 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  31. Make ready To taste Salt

Make this all-time restaurant-style appetizer at home and enjoy it anytime you crave some! These days whenever I think of making dumplings or momos, my mind automatically goes to think of the Pixar Short film Bao and vice versa. Steamed Chicken Dumplings is one of the snack or appetizer to be served on any occasion. They are very easy and tasty.

Steps to make Chicken Momos/dumpling:
  1. Knead the dough using refined flour, sugar, vinegar or oil and salt. Dough has to be semi soft. Keep aside to rest for 30 mins.
  2. Meanwhile to make filling in a mixing bowl ads all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Once the dough has finished resting, lightly flour a work surface and roll out the dough into medium size thin disk. Stuff the filling into it, give the desired shape to momo and keep aside.
  4. Steam the momos for 15 mins in the streamer.
  5. Remove and serve immediately with momo chutney.
  6. For momos chutney heat oil in pan add tomatoes, red chilies, salt and water. Allow it to cook for 5-6 mins.
  7. Meanwhile in another pan dry roast peanuts, coriander seed for 2-3mins.
  8. Into a blender add tomatoes along with it's remaining water, peanuts mixture garlic cloves and blend it into a small paste.
  9. Serve this chutney with Momos.
