  1. Get 1 Red Chilli
  2. Make ready 1 small onion
  3. Prepare 1 tsp paprika
  4. Prepare 1 tsp cinnamon

  6. Take 250 grams natural yogurt
  7. Make ready 1 dash water
  8. Prepare 3 pinch coriander

Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Masala:
  1. marinate chicken in the yogurt, garlic and freshly chopped coriander and chilli
  2. dice onion as small as possible
  3. heat pan (I use a wok) to a medium heat
  4. add all the spices and the oil and leave for a few minutes
  5. add the chicken and all the yogurt and onion
  6. add water
  7. leave to simmer on a low/medium heat for 30-40 minutes
  8. check chicken is cooked through and serve with rice and naan
