The ingredients needed to make Butter Chicken:
  1. Take 500 g chicken Boneless
  2. Prepare 1 tsp chillipowder Kashmiri
  3. Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  4. Take Salt per taste

  6. Prepare 1/2 cup yoghurt Thick
  7. Make ready 2 tsps Ginger paste
  8. Get 2 tsps Garlic paste

  12. Get 2 tsps Mustard Oil
  13. Get 12 Tomatoes chopped
  14. Get 4 tbsps Butter
  15. Prepare 4 cardamom Green
  16. Prepare 1 g Mace
  17. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger paste
  18. Take 1 tsp Garlic paste
  19. Take Salt per taste
  20. Get 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  21. Get 1/2 tsp Fenugreek crushed & roasted (kasoori methi)
  22. Take 1 tsp Honey
  23. Take 4 tbsps Fresh cream
  24. Take Coriander leaves for garnishing

Butter chicken originated from using leftover dry tandoori chicken and giving it moisture with a creamy spiced tomato sauce — plus some butter, and we have butter chicken. Butter Chicken is one of my top five favorite Indian recipes. It's simplified and cooked all in one pan and goes great with a side of rice or naan!   7. Garnish it with Coriander leaves and Fresh cream.
  8. Top it up with a slice of butter and serve hot!
