  1. First merinated the chicken with all wet grind masala along with curd and salt. Then heat refine oil and butter in a pan. Add Whole blackpepar, dry red chilli and cinnamon. When you feel a gud aroma then add the marinated chicken. Seam the gas and cover it. Stir frequently every 3-5mins. When the chicken cooked properly then add kawra water, gulab jal and chopped green chilli. Cover it. And after 2 mins the butter chicken is ready to serve. Have it with garma garam roti or nun.
