1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, all spice powder and yogurt for one hour
2. In pot take oil and fry chopped onions until translucent then add chopped tomatoes crushed red chili and salt. Cook until tomato mashed up. Blend this mixture and keep aside.
3. In same pot take two table spoon butter and add marinated chicken and fry now add the blended mixture and cook until thicken adjust salt and spice to taste.
4. In other pot take 2 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp flour. Cook for few seconds then add milk with continuous stirring so no lumps formed. Add in salt blacked pepper and oregano. Cook until thicken now add cream and mix.
5. Boil macronies as per instructions don't over cook it. - - In a casserole dish brush the base with butter then put some boil macronies first then add second layer of the butter chicken gravy again add some macronies press it firmly. Now pour the white butter sauce on top. Sprinkle some chilli flakes. Add in half cheese on this stage (optional).
6. Bake this dish for 10 mins. Meanwhile take one cup bread crumbs add one table spoon melted butter. After 10 minutes sprinkle the bread crumbs and grated cheese on dish bake for few minutes with grill on.
