Instructions to make Chicken Fajitas:
  1. Unpack, rinse and dry your chicken.
  2. Cut your Tenderloins into 2-3 inch chicken strips
  3. Season with salt & pepper to your own taste.
  4. Heat skillet with your 1:4 cup of oil in medium high.
  5. Add your chicken and stir occasionally until grilled.
  6. Cut the tomatoes, chiles, and onion in Juliets
  7. In a separate pan or the same one if you don't mind the mess lol, add your cut up veggies and sauté with very little oil
  8. Sauté for 8-10 mins or until texture changes. Add your chicken or combine together if you used separate skillets.
  9. Heat for an additional 5 Minutes all together and serve hot. Enjoy

If veggies aren't cooked enough for your liking, you can bake them more while the chicken rests.
