  2. Make ready 1 apple
  3. Make ready 1 kiwi
  4. Prepare 7-8 red grapes
  5. Get 1 guava
  6. Prepare 2 tsp gelatin
  7. Get 2 tsp strawberry jelly mix
  8. Get 3 cups water
  9. Prepare 1/2 cup sugar
  10. Take 2-3 drops rose essence
Steps to make Jelly fruit cake:
  1. Firstly, wash all the fruits and cut into desired shape and size. Recommend Ed to cut the fruits in small sizes.
  2. Now in a bowl add sugar and gelatin powder and mix well.
  3. Now add this sugar gelatin powder mixture in 2 cups of boiling water and keep on medium flame. Stir continuously until sugar and gelatin dissolve completely, boil for 5 mins then turn the flame to low to keep it warm.Add rose essence and mix well.
  4. In the meanwhile, take a baking tray. Add the gelatin sugar syrup as a first layer. Now start arranging the fruits. Keep all the fruits in layers.
  5. Now add the gelatin sugar syrup all over the fruits. Keep for 10-15 minutes to set.
  6. Now on the same pan boil 1 cup water and cool it down for a minute. Add strawberry jelly mix. Stir until the jelly crystals dissolve completely. Now slowly pour this mixture on top of the fruits as the final layer.
  7. Keep in room temperature for about 30-45 minutes to set. Then keep in freezer for 2-4 hours until chilled. Take out from freezer. Using knife carefully detach or cut the sides. Now keep a plate on top of it and then turn it upside down so that cake is nicely placed on the plate. Serve chilled.
