  6. After 1 hour, punch down dough, cover again and let rest 15 minutes.
  7. Divide dough into 8 individual balls.
  8. Roll each ball out into an oval shape about 8"x6".
  9. Get a grill or large skillet hot over medium heat.
  10. Using the 2 tablespoons of oil for all the dough pieces, brush one side of naan with oil, grill or cook for several minutes on one side until lightly browned. Brush other side and repeat. Finish all naan in this fashion.
  11. Serve warm and enjoy.
