Instructions to make Vegan “No-Bake” Snickers Cake:
  1. Let’s start this cake, by grinding the oat flakes well. Then add the necessary maple syrup and peanut butter, blending them further into a soft & crumbly base dough. Fold over into a round baking spring-form, pushing down all around, then leave in the freezer for 10 minutes “at least”
  2. The next step is the white cashew layer, so add all the ingredients, the cashews, the coconut milk & oil, the maple syrup, the vanilla bean into a blender jar and blend them very well…take the base out of the freezer, and pour this cashew layer on to of the base finally scatter a handful of peanuts over the second layer before putting back into the freezer for another 30 minutes minimum (advise more an hour maybe)
  3. The next one is the peanut butter layer, where in sauce pan on low-to-medium heat stir the coconut milk, the peanut butter, the coconut sugar and the pinch salt in, cooking for 3-4 minutes. Pour this cream on top of the other frozen layers, before it all goes back into the freezer again for the usual minimum 30 minutes or rather more.
  4. The very last move is the dark chocolate topping by melting some dark chocolate over a boiling water, and add the coconut milk to soft the chocolate up. Pour over the other layers and just put back to the freezer for more 3-4 hours…..
