  4. In a bowl add condensed milk and butter (at room temp) and cardamom powder, beat till it combined.
  5. Now add mawa and beat also add saffron milk and mix well.
  6. Add the sifted flour and mix smoothly and pour in muffins liners 1/3 part of liners.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20min at 150 degree or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean. - Allow it to cool completely after that eat and enjoy
