  10. I use a spoon to help put the batter in the cupcakes and to enable me to put equal amounts.
  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 175degrees for 25 minutes or till well browned.
  12. Allow to cool before decorating.
  13. Color your whipping cream as desired and decorate with rosettes..
