In a saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from the heat; add flour and stir until smooth. Return to heat; stir in milk and salt until blended. Melt butterscotch chips with peanut butter, stir in cornflakes, and you've got a quick and easy treat! Stir in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla extract.
