  1. First, make the bread. Warm the egg, milk and butter to around 40°C. Add all of the ingredients to the bread maker and start it on the bread course.
  2. Finely shred the cabbage. Transfer the cabbage to a large bowl and break an egg over the top. Break the yolk and cover the bowl in cling film.
