First mix all dry ingredients then make a well and pour all the wet ingredients then mix in cut and fold method. Do not over mix. Now dust some atta on blueberry and walnut and mix it with the batter. Now grease muffin mould well and pour the batter into the mould and bake it for 30 mins at 180 degrees. Preheat the oven at same temperature. Reason why dust blueberry and walnut it to avoid it settling down at bottom of the muffin.
First steam the beans then mix in roasted besan, rice flour,cornstarch,salt, pepper, mix all these well then add bread crumbs and mix well. For cucumber juice : add cucumber with salt jeera powder ginger and coriander and blend well. If needed add water.Then take a strainer and strain it. Then mix in lime juice well and Serve chill.
