  8. Now grease baking tin. Transfer and arrange dough in it. Then tuck the dough with your fingers.
  9. Apply garlic oil all over the tucked dough. Sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano all over. Put chopped mint leaves.
  10. Cover and keep it for 10 mins for second proofing.
  11. Preheat oven at 200 ° C for 10 mins.
  12. Now apply milkwash over the dough and bake it for 35-40 mins.
  13. When done take out and apply butter. Then cover it with samp cloth for 30 mins.
  14. Your soft and delicious Foccacia bread is ready.
  15. Serve hot with tomato concassse.
