  5. Cover the bowl with a wet kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 3 hours or inside oven for 1-2 hours.
  6. The dough will double in size and look fluffy and airy once the resting time is over.
  7. Sprinkle little flour on kneading mat and take the dough out and start kneading it. - This step is very important as - kneading the dough will help in gluten formation.
  8. Knead the dough for 15 minutes by stretching and pulling the dough. If the dough is not kneaded well, the bread will turn out dense.
  9. Now grease your baking dish pan  and transfer the dough onto that baking tray. Stretch the dough to fit the entire pan. Dough need to be rise again for another 30-40 minutes or until doubled in size.
  10. Once the dough has doubled in size, make bunches using fingers all over the dough.
  11. Heat one spoon on oilve oil in pan, add peeled garlic and saute the Garlic till Golden. (This step is optional)
  12. Top the bread with cut vegetabls, you can give any desired shape. I tried making a Garden. Sprinkle the sauted Garlic and olive oil. I have used capsicum, onion, mushroom as toppings.
  13. To bake the bread, Preheat your oven to 200°C - - Bake the focaccia bread in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  14. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack. You can brush more olive oil is desired.
  15. Slice thr bread and you can either have it like that or serve with pasta.
