  4. Knead till smooth & elastic
  5. Transfer in a bowl, lightly oiled. Brush the surface of the dough.
  6. Cover & leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
  7. After an hour punch it& knead for 1 min.
  8. Roll into a rectangular & place in the tin. Cover to rise for 20 mins
  9. Using a wooden spoon, press dough all over & form indents 1 cm deep
  10. Brush with combined olive oil,garlic, salt over the surface
  11. Top with olives & rosemary. Sprinkle oregano,salt
  12. Bake @180°c for 20-25 mins or till golden brown
  13. Cut into squares while still warm
